Collegiate Chapter President

Hi! I’m Cassidy Murphy and I’m a social work and child development/family relations double major. I serve as the Collegiate Chapter President and have also served as the Vice President of Community Relations and Director of Academic Excellence. Tri Delta has helped me become the leader I have always wanted to be and helped me grow. I love that girls are always their authentic selfs and embrace our “bring you” motto. My favorite memory is going on spontaneous adventures with our sisters such as swimming in the Stillwater or having breakfast at the nest!

Director, First Year Experience

I'm Maddie Plant I am a Environmental Horticulture Major with a minor in Turf/Grass Management! My mother was a member of Tri Deltas Alpha Kappa chapter and I’m so happy to be following in her footsteps! I have over 60 houseplants as well as a rescue pup named Ivy! Tri Delta is forever my home away from home and I'm so excited to be working on the Executive Committee this year! My goal is to always help my sisters become the best versions of themselves and to help create the next wave of Brave, Bold, and Kind leaders! One of my favorite Tri Delta memories was reviving my bid because that's when this whole experience started!

Vice President of Operations

I am a third-year student who has been a member of Tri Delt for my entire experience at UMaine. Along with being Vice President of Operations, I am also the Diversity Chair. This allows me to educate our chapter on social and historical issues that are often overlooked in the American education system. Outside of Tri Delta, I am involved in the university's Model UN team as well as being a leader in numerous university, state, and national level youth political organizations.

Hi my name is Jess! I'm a third year biology major from Bergen County NJ. I joined Tri Delta in the fall of 2019. My favorite memories are hanging out in the chapter room with sisters.

One of Brynne's favorite Tri Delta memories is from big-little reveal when she unlocked the car door and saw Leah sitting waiting for her. She remembers jumping up and down outside of the car before jumping in to give her a hug.

Director of Risk Management and Wellness

My name is angela I was raised in both Hampden Maine and Boston Massachusetts so their both kind of my hometown to me. I'm a zoology student with a minor in animal veterinary science. I love just about anything to do with the ocean. Some hobbies I enjoy are reading, yoga, and paddle boarding. My favorite memory in the chapter is honestly very hard to pick but I would say my first fundraiser DHOP. It was so much fun to see everyone show up and see the amount of money we could raise by working together.

Hi guys, my name’s Grace and I’m from Poland Spring, ME and a current Animal and Veterinary Science major with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary. In my free time I love riding horses, going hiking with my dog, or going out boating! My favorite memory with Tri Delta is going on a scavenger hunt to find the best big ever!

Hi my name is Haley! I am a sophomore here at Umaine and I have been in Tri Delta since the fall of last year. I am from Sherman, CT and I am a physical education teaching coaching major with a minor in health. My favorite memory of being in Tri Delta is just hanging out in the chapter room and doing homework with my sisters.

I am a first year in the explorations program here at UMaine. I am from North Andover, Massachusetts. I am passionate about art, theatre, and music. My favorite memory I have made during my brief time with Tri Delta was when I got my big, Mikki. I currently hold the position of social events director for Tri Delta.

My name is Alexis Ford. I am a transfer student from California and majoring in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. After my Bachelors degree, I plan on getting a MBA and becoming a veterinarian. My favorite memory in the chapter is going apple picking with my sisters.

Alumni Advisor

Hi! My name is Denise Blain and I am the Alumni Advisor for the Alpha Kappa Chapter of Tri Delta at the University of Maine, Orono. I graduated from UMaine in 1994 with a BA in English and BS in Political Science. After graduation, I began my career as a high school English teacher. I loved my time with Tri Delta. I developed friendships that I cherish to this day. I cannot imagine my life without my Delta Sisters!
